LEMON & BLUEBERRY MUFFIN 

These muffins are a delicious zesty and sweet treat. Light, fluffy and bursting with lemon flavour, we add plump, juicy blueberries for more flavour and moistness. A dollop of lemon curd in the centre adds more zing and then we finish it off with a lemony buttercream topping.

** The shelf life quoted is achievable but not guaranteed as there are too many external factors beyond our control that can impact on this figure. In order to achieve the quoted shelf life we recommend the following best practice where possible. If possible display our muffins within an ambient temperature but covered. Muffins will dry out with excessive refrigeration.  Refrigerate overnight, wrapped, or in airtight containers. If you have opted to freeze please do so as soon as possible following receipt of delivery. Before freezing, wrap in clingfilm or place in airtight containers – this will help avoid freezer burn. Defrost thoroughly before serving. Do not defrost in the microwave as this will spoil the icing. §Excessive external ambient temperatures, seasonally high or low, will have a detrimental effect on the shelf life of your product.
