In order to achieve the quoted shelf life we recommend the following best practice where possible.
Display chocolate based products (rocky roads, caramel shortbread etc) under refrigeration.
Display cakes, brownies, flapjacks, oat bars, fifteens in ambient temperature but covered. Cakes and brownies, in particular, will dry out with excessive refrigeration.
Refrigerate all products overnight wrapped or in airtight containers.
Excessive external ambient temperatures, seasonally high or low, will have a detrimental effect on the shelf life of your product.
