In order to achieve the quoted shelf life we recommend the following best practice where possible.
Display our large loose biscuits in an airtight container such as a cookie jar or similar.
Our wrapped biscuits can be displayed in ambient conditions but, during the summer when ambient temperatures are much higher, the chocolate dipped biscuits would benefit from being in a chilled display.
Refrigerate all products overnight wrapped or in airtight containers.
Excessive external ambient temperatures, seasonally high or low, will have a detrimental effect on the shelf life of your product.
