**Your cheesecake will keep refrigerated for 7 days following delivery. Any unsold product should be kept in the delivery box or, ideally, in an airtight container and refrigerated overnight. If freezing please do so as soon as possible. We recommend you portion your cheesecake and freeze in separate slices. Before freezing, wrap in clingfilm or place in airtight containers – this will help avoid freezer burn. If you use freezer bags please squeeze out all the air before sealing. When defrosting please make sure you do so thoroughly before serving. Do not defrost in the microwave as this will spoil the cheesecake.
