RED VELVET CAKE 

This is a classic American dessert known for its striking red colour. It’s smooth, melt in the mouth texture delivers subtle hints of cocoa and vanilla. Our three layers are sandwiched and fully covered with a white chocolate flavoured buttercream. We then finish it with a topping of white chocolate scrolls and a sprinkling of red glimmer sugar.

Cakes will dry out with excessive refrigeration. Refrigerate overnight, wrapped, or in airtight containers. If are going to freeze please do so as soon as possible following receipt of delivery. We recommend you portion your cake and freeze in separate slices. Before freezing, wrap in clingfilm or place in airtight containers – this will help avoid freezer burn. For optimum results please freeze as soon as possible following receipt of delivery. Defrost thoroughly before serving. Do not defrost in the microwave as this will spoil the icing. Excessive external ambient temperatures, seasonally high or low, will have a detrimental effect on the shelf life of your product.
